Spring Services

Aeration
Important for increasing water and nutrient absorption and enhancing oxygen levels to your lawn’s roots.

Dethatching / Power Raking
Thatch is organic, therefore good. Too much of a good thing, however, can keep moisture and oxygen from getting to where it needs to be. This process will remove around 75% of your lawn’s thatch. It is also helpful for cleaning up vole damage after a Park City Winter.

Fertilization
Pre-emergent fertilizer needs to be put down as early in the season as possible. In addition to providing nutrients to your lawn, it prevents the germination of weed seeds.

Bed Maintenance
We have great in-house gardeners who solely focuses on landscaped beds. This is a time to schedule her to start cleaning beds.

Sprinkler Turn-on
This process involves turning on your irrigation’s water source, testing each zone for proper coverage, fixing any issues, and setting up the time for proper water levels.

Summer Services

Mowing
We are Park City’s best at leaving your lawn with the best cut possible. This service is typically weekly and includes trimming and blowing.

Fertilization
Early summer application of “weed-and-feed”, which again provides nutrients and also kills existing broadleaf weeds. Later in summer a fertilizer is applied that will help strengthen your lawn against the stresses of heat, drought, and foot traffic.

Bed Maintenance
On-going maintenance from our gardeners and planting of pots.

Sprinkler Maintenance
We keep an eye of our customers’ landscapes as the season progresses and adjust the irrigation system accordingly.

Fall Services

Aeration
Important for increasing water and nutrient absorption and enhancing oxygen levels to your lawn’s roots. Fall is a good time to perform this if it wasn’t done earlier in the season.

Leaf Removal
Like dethatching in the spring, leaves are organic, therefore good. Too many leaves, however, will smother your lawn and form a barrier that prevents water and oxygen from reaching your lawn over the winter. Mold can also form in the sludge of a wet clump of leaves left on your lawn.

Fertilization
Many experts claim this is the most important application of the year. In addition to helping your lawn recover from a stressful summer, this application will strengthen roots and increase nitrogen storage for an early spring green up.

Sprinkler Blowout
We force air throughout your irrigation’s pipes, purging them of water which in turn will prevent pipes from freezing and cracking in the winter.

We offer a unique snow removal service, utilizing tractors with a snowblower attachment. If you’d like to see this in action, check it out here. We don’t use trucks with plows that potentially damage your landscape and create large snow build-up around your driveway area. We only service a limited area, exclusively in the Snyderville Basin.
